4. Delivery Responsibility

  • We ensure proper packaging of all products before dispatch.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Any delivery failure due to incorrect address or contact details will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video or images).

7. Non-Deliverable Orders

  • In case an order is returned to us due to non-availability of the customer or incorrect address, no refund will be provided.

  • Reshipping may be done at an additional cost.
